Download Instructions


There are three steps in downloading your dictionary:

FIRST STEP
Go to the purchase now page pay conveniently through pay pal, we'll send you the password within 12 hours, when you receive your password, go to the next step and follow the step two instructions.

SECOND STEP:
Download the dictionary files to the directory that you usually use to download all files i.e. my documents, my downloads, desk top etc.

THIRD STEP :

A. Setup iPod to receive text:

1. Plug in iPod
(iTunes should open automatically)
If not, double click on the itunes icon on your desktop.
2. Select "Summary"
3. Cursor down the page.
4. Select "Enable disc use".
5. Click on "Apply" button.

Your iPod will now accept your itranslate2go files.

Note: Whenever You want to diconnect your iPod
from your computer, you must now eject the iPod,
by clicking on the "Eject Ipod" button, located
on the lower right hand corner of the iTunes screen.

B. Open window with downloaded files.

1. Click on "Start"
2. Click on "My Documents", or open another folder you
may have selected to store your itransate2go files.
4. You will see an icon representing either the
"NEngSpanDict" or "VEngSpanDict" folder.
5. Reduce the size of this window, so that it does not
completely cover your screen.

C. Open iPod window.

1. Click on "Start".
2. Click on "My Computer".
3. Double click on your iPod icon.(or removeable disk icon)
4. Double click on "Notes" (You will now see an existing
file named "Instructions.)
5. Reduce the size of this window, titled "Notes",so that
it does not completely cover your screen.

D. Transfer itranslate2go files to you iPod.

1. Click on the "NEngSpanDict" or "VEngSpanDict" icon, and drag
it from the file storage window, to the iPod window, titled "Notes".
2. You will now see the "NEngSpanDict" or "VEngSpanDict" icon,
in the iPod window "Notes" .
3. Your itranslate2go files are now installed on your iPod.
4. Close the file storage, and iPod windows.

E. Disconnecting iPod.

1. Your iPod screen will show the flashing "do not disconnect"
message.
2. Eject your iPod by clicking on the "Eject Ipod" button
on the bottom right hand corner of the itunes window.
3. Your iPod screen will then show the main menu, so it is
now safe to disconnect.
4. Close the itunes window.

F. Using your itranslate2go Dictionary and Reference Guide.

1. Switch on your iPod.
2. Select "Extras"
3. Select "Notes"
4. Select "NEngSpanDict" or "VEngSpanDict".
5. Cursor to required file.
6. Cursor to required information.
